How to assemble the KU-3D panel?
Step 1. Building up the panel
At KU-3D, we have developed unique modular elements that allow you to easily create kumiko panels in any desired size, always fitting within the module dimensions.
Simply slide the elements together from the top or bottom. Thanks to precise tolerances, some sides may fit with a gentle push while others glide smoothly into place. This careful design ensures a seamless assembly and a durable, premium quality frame that feels like one solid piece.
Create the size that suits you best. Simply add more base panel frames as you go. The design is fully in your hands!
Step 2. Finish up the panel
Once the center elements are connected, attach the edge elements to frame the panel. Finally, slide the cover elements into place on top of the panel to neatly conceal the seams.
With your order, you’ll receive a detailed manual that explains exactly how to assemble the panels. It also includes a complete list of the required components and their placement.
